Welcome to Valentino Tour. By booking our private tours in San Francisco, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service.

Booking Refusal & Capacity

Our private tours are subject to strict capacity limits defined per vehicle and route safety guidelines. A reservation is only confirmed once Stripe processes payment successfully and our backend issues a confirmed reservation email.

Refund Policy

All cancellations and refunds are subject to our strict 48-hour boundary rule. Any manual or exceptional override refund requests remain under the sole discretion of the guide and will be audit-logged.

Liability Limits

While we take all standard precautions to ensure client comfort and safety in our premium vehicle and along walking paths, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic accidents, bridge closures, extreme coastal weather, or public events.
