Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. To keep our private services personal, thoughtfully paced, and accessible, we enforce the following clear policy for all reservations made with Valentino Tour.

Refund Tiers

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before start: 100% refund of the total amount paid.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before start: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
  • No-shows or cancellations after start time: Non-refundable.

Policy Interpretations

All calculations are determined by our booking system in UTC and interpreted in local time (America/Los_Angeles timezone). The 48-hour comparison threshold is measured physically against the official tour start timestamp.

How to Cancel

Every confirmed booking receives a confirmation email containing a secure link. Clicking this link authorizes you to view your current eligible refund tier and confirm your cancellation. Refunds are processed immediately to your original payment card via Stripe. It may take 5 to 10 days for the credit to appear on your card statement.
